Q. Do your glasses comply with Australian/NZ standards.

A. Yes. Before releasing each model, our glasses are tested by the relevant authorities to ensure that they pass the relevant Australian and NZ standards - AS/NZS 1337 for safety glasses and AS1067.1 for sunglasses.

Q. What is the minimum order?

A. The minimum order quantity with plain unprinted straps is 24 units. For glasses with custom printed straps the minimum print run is 50 for white print on our standard colour straps (black, navy, burgundy and turquoise). A minimum quantity of 250 applies for single colour prints in colours other than white, and 500 for multi-colour prints, however these larger quantities also allow for a selection of up to 10 strap colours.

Q. Do your glasses come with a warranty?

A. Yes. All our glasses are fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship and our warranty extends for 6 months from date of purchases.

Q. How long will my order take?

A. All of our glasses and unprinted straps are available ex-stock from our Ballarat warehouse, however custom printed straps will take 14-21 days.
